Refund Eligibility

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and what seemed like the right fit might not work out as expected. That's perfectly normal, and we've built our refund policy around real-world situations our students face.

Early Withdrawal Period

Full refunds are available within 14 days of enrollment if you've completed less than 20% of your program materials. This gives you time to explore the content and ensure it matches your learning goals.

Technical Issues

If persistent platform issues prevent you from accessing course materials for more than 5 consecutive days, you're eligible for a full refund regardless of your progress through the program.

Medical or Emergency

Life happens. In cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or other documented hardships, we offer partial refunds even after the standard window has passed.

Refund Process

We've streamlined our refund process to be as straightforward as possible. Here's exactly what happens when you request a refund:

Submit Your Request

Send us an email at contact@joinfluxdrive.com with your enrollment details and reason for the refund. Include your student ID and the course name for faster processing.

Review and Confirmation

Our team reviews your request within 2-3 business days. We'll confirm your eligibility and send you a confirmation email with the refund amount and timeline.

Processing Payment

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The money returns to your original payment method - credit card, bank transfer, or digital wallet.

Access Removal

Your course access will be deactivated once the refund is processed. You'll receive a final email with any certificates or materials you've earned during your enrollment.

Refund Scenarios

Different situations call for different approaches. Here's how we handle the most common refund scenarios:

Full Program Refunds

Available within 14 days of enrollment with less than 20% completion. Processing time: 5-7 business days to original payment method.

Partial Refunds

For students who've completed 20-50% of materials but face documented emergencies. Refund amount calculated based on unused portion of the program.

Course Credit Options

Instead of monetary refunds, we can transfer your payment to a different program or defer your enrollment to a later date within 12 months.

Payment Plan Refunds

For installment payments, we refund completed payments and cancel future charges. Partial month charges are prorated based on actual usage.

Processing Times and Methods

We know waiting for refunds can be stressful, especially if you're dealing with financial pressures. Here's what to expect:

Credit Card Refunds: 5-7 business days after approval. Your bank might take an additional 1-3 days to show the credit on your statement.

Bank Transfer Refunds: 3-5 business days for domestic transfers within Thailand. International transfers can take 7-10 business days depending on your bank.

Digital Wallet Refunds: Usually the fastest option at 1-3 business days. Available for payments made through supported digital payment platforms.

Cryptocurrency Payments: Refunded to your original wallet address within 24-48 hours, subject to network confirmation times.

Important Considerations

Refunds are not available for completed programs or courses where you've accessed more than 80% of the materials. We also cannot process refunds for third-party certification fees or external software licenses included with your program. These policies help us maintain fair pricing for all students while covering our operational costs.
